Quien está en el circulo. Ibn Al'Arabi

Quien está en el circulo,

en constante movimiento 

alrededor del polo.

No se aleja nunca. 

Quién prisionero 

de la imaginación,

sigue la tangente 

y recorrer un camino rectilíneo,.. 

Se aparta de la busqueda 

pues sale en busca 

de lo que ya está en el.

En cambio para quien sigue un camino circular no hay punto de partida ni punto de llegada y encuentran el ser sin ser.

​مَنْ كَانَ فِي الدَّائِرَةِ،

فِي حَرَكَةٍ دَائِمَةٍ لا تَهْدَأُ

حَوْلَ القُطْبِ،

فَإِنَّهُ لا يَبْتَعِدُ أَبَدًا.

​أَمَّا الأَسِيرُ فِي قَبْضَةِ الوَهْمِ،

فَيَتَّبِعُ المَمَاسَّ

وَيَسْلُكُ مَسَارًا مُسْتَقِيمًا…

​يَتَباَعَدُ عَنِ جَوْهَرِ البَحْثِ،

إِذْ يَرْتَحِلُ بَاحِثًا

عَمَّا هُوَ ثَابِتٌ فِي كَيْنُونَتِهِ.

​فِي حِينِ أَنَّ مَنْ يَسْلُكُ السَّبِيلَ الدَّائِرِيَّ

لا بِدَايَةَ لَهُ وَلا نُقْطَةَ وُصُولٍ،

وَيُدْرِكُ الوُجُودَ فِي الفَنَاءِ.

Whosoever dwelleth 

within the circle,

In perpetual movement

Circumambulating the Pole,

Is never cast afar.

​Yet he who is held captive

By illusion,

Followeth the tangent

To tread a linear path…

​

Strayeth from the sacred quest,

For he journeyeth forth in search

Of that which already resideth within himself.

​Whereas for him who 

treadeth the circular way, 

There is neither point of departure nor destination,

And feel attaineth 

Being through non-being.
